A turbulent week is behind us
After initially good weather and partial sunshine on training days, this changed dramatically to the race days. The weather report should prove true.
On Saturday we expected 30cm of snow from the start to „Himmelreich“, below it rains.
Early in the morning, the first teams moved out to salt the lower Part.
Unfortunately, then it snowed on this „salted“ section and ate the track completely and made a race impossible.
Most of the snow was forecast for the night on Sunday and this should be true 😳
40cm of fresh snow and completely soggy track made the RTL impossible
After the dismantling of the infrastructure we are now going to Åre for the WM
